When it comes to character performance, Kelly is hands-down the best we’ve ever seen, much less employed. She’s able to provide training that brings your character to full life. They’re called Amazing Mascots for a reason! Kelly and the ladies ARE Amazing and great to work with. Whether it was by phone, email or in person at their studio in Chicago, they helped to design, create and work with ideas that I had as a performer. With Kelly’s amazing knowledge of the mascot world she and her crew were very instrumental in helping to bring Booster to life. Our new young audience adores Booster and with the Nashville Hot Chicken connection it not only brings the Nashville Sounds a new fun furry mascot at our new ballpark, but it also helps us in promoting our great city and what it has to offer.

Kelly Frank and her company, Amazing Mascots, Inc., are aptly named as the work they do is just that…amazing!  Kelly designed our new ballpark character “Webster” the year we rebranded and we’ve been very pleased with the outcome.  In addition, she has also re-imagined and redesigned our secondary mascot, Orbit, and has trained our mascot performers and game day staff.    Her customer service is incredible and she always goes the extra mile to make sure we are 100% satisfied with our character costumes.

We have found the design and make of the new mascot suit to be far more advanced than the one we purchased previously. First the weight of suit is roughly 20 pounds lighter than our previous suit, which has made it easier for our performers to entertain while roaming the stadium. The entertainers have also made comments that the lighter suit allows them more time to be out and about in the stadium entertaining fans. Second the technology of the suit has made it far easier to maintain. We are almost through our first season with the new mascot and I would encourage you to heavily consider using Amazing Mascots.

Like a kid on Christmas Eve, I immediately opened everything and suited up so I could walk around the office and show off the new look. The head is SO much lighter, and everything is top-notch! Even the little things like having a bandana clip on the neck, and being able to fasten them with the clip fastener instead of having to tie/untie them every time is so convenient. The fur looks amazing, and it’s so soft and plush! The body suit is awesome! And the feet! They are so much easier to take on and off, and the bottom having a shoe-like grip is fantastic! Our old feel were flat, so it could get slippery at times. The magnetic hats are also amazing, both because of the look and their ease of use to swap out “at the drop of a hat”. The hands are PAWsome, and even Spike having a soft nose is cool for when kids touch his face instead of the old, rigid, plastic feel. You’ve made the entire process a breeze, from your input and advice, your updates with pics and your ability to answer e-mails so quickly. Your customer service kicks ass, as does your product
