General Description:
The World Championship Mutton Bustin is currently seeking three highly motivated and energetic individuals to become a mascot with our organization. We are expanding one of our characters throughout the country to encourage children to live life and try new things. We are expecting any applicant to be upbeat and athletic performer capable of standing up to the physical rigors of professional mascot work. He/she must be confident, have a great sense of humor, and be a quick thinker with the ability to improvise on the spot and react to a lively situation. Buster Mutton is not a walk around mascot.
Job Description:
- Perform at fair and festivals and other sporting events throughout the country.
- Entertain fans at shows, team events and community appearances
- Maintain costumes through cleaning and regular maintenance
- Contribute to future character and skit development
- The ideal candidates would be required to work with animals
- Job requires travel for numerous days during summer.
- Ability to work in excessive heat under stressful conditions.
Requirements:
- Must be able to dance to variety of music.
- Must be able to entertain crowd with improve.
- Athletic ability is a must, since working in an arena.
- 2 years of experience in mascot performing capacity is a must.
- Tumbling and flipping preferred. (Some training is available)
