Q. Why should our organization choose your company to create our mascot?
A. It takes a special set of skills to develop a mascot character. Most ad agencies and design firms do not have the complete skills set. We do. Company president Kelly Frank has made a living as a professional mascot since 1999. Our graphic designers have worked for Major League Baseball and Walt Disney Feature Animation. We understand that your mascot is the walking embodiment of your brand and offer training, staffing, marketing, and consulting services to insure the success of your character.
Q. How much does a costume cost?
A. We can work with any budget!
Q. How long does it take to produce an AMAZING!! Mascot?
A. The design process takes from 2-4 weeks, depending on the client. Construction of the costume takes from 4-8 weeks depending on our current production schedule. Rush orders are available for a fee.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. we require a 50% deposit before construction can begin. Upon receipt of the deposit, your project is put on the production schedule and a delivery date is set. The final balance is due, plus shipping costs, before the costume is delivered.
Q. Can you repair our existing costume?
A. Yes! We can fix broken antenna, worn out necks, ripped seams, and more. We can even completely refurbish your head, removing the old fur and putting on brand new fur. This is a less expensive option than a brand new head.
Q. Can you duplicate our existing costume?
A. Yes. We just need your current costume for a minimum of two weeks so we can measure and pattern it.
Q. Can you train my performer?
A. Yes. We have a comprehensive mascot training camp where performers learn professionalism, costume maintenance, character development, animation/acting techniques, non verbal communication, common situations, marketing/publicity, community relations, and how to generate revenue. Prices start at $500 for a five hour session, plus travel expenses. |
